Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

We offer a hassle-free refund for monthly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with ReverseClip, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, subscription payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.

2. AppSumo Lifetime Deals

Lifetime deals purchased through AppSumo are covered by AppSumo's refund policy. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a refund through AppSumo. After the 60-day window, all sales are final.

To request an AppSumo refund, please contact AppSumo support directly through your AppSumo account.

3. Credit Usage

Credits consumed during your use of the Service (video analyses, script generation, pattern recognition, etc.) are non-refundable once used. If you request a subscription refund, we will consider credit usage when processing your request.

4. Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve a significant service disruption, we may offer a pro-rated refund or credit at our discretion.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@reverseclip.com
  2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
  3. We will process your request within 5–7 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method

6. Account Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. Lifetime deal accounts cannot be cancelled but may be deleted upon request.
